Strawberry Banana yogurt shake

Raw vegan strawberry milkshake




This shake is a delicious dessert, and can be changed up a number of different ways to suit individual tastes. Try this recipe with frozen plain yogurt and frozen pineapple juice for a cold summer time treat.

Makes 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

    2 cups plain yogurt                                            
    2 bananas very ripe                                            
    1/2 cup pineapple juice                                        
    3/4 cup strawberries fresh or frozen unsweetened               
    6 ice cubes, crushed                                           
    2 tablespoons shelled sunflower seeds toasted                  

Combine yogurt, bananas, juice, strawberries, and ice in blender or food processor. Process until smooth and thick. Add sunflower seed and process until chopped.
