Peach Smoothie

Attention: This smoothie contains alcohol.
You can omit the alcohol, and instead of using 2 cups of milk  you can use two cups of Vanilla ice cream to make it a non alcoholic and nice treat for young and old alike.

Makes 8 servings

Ingredients    2 16-ounce cans peaches sliced, drained                        
    3/4 cup rum light rum                                          
    1/2 cup light corn syrup                                       
    2 cups milk                                                    
    Ground cinnamon or nutmeg
Instructions                                    
Always Place pitcher, serving glasses or cups, and peaches in refrigerator to chill prior to serving, for a great way to keep smoothies nice and cold.
Around 1 hour before serving, make sure to  place half the peaches, rum and corn syrup in a blender container. Cover and blend for 15 seconds or until smooth. Add 1 cup of the milk. Cover and blend  until frothy. Pour into chilled pitcher. Repeat with remaining peaches, rum, corn syrup and milk. If making ahead, cover and chill up to 1 hour.
To serve: Pour into glasses. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
