Makes 6 servings
4 ounces cream cheese softened and cut in pieces
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 cups vanilla ice cream softened
1 cup strawberry preserves
1 cup strawberries frozen partially thawed (if you can't find strawberries, you can substitute with another frozen berry)
Place egg in a blender. Blend for 15 seconds. Add cream cheese, milk and almond extract. C
over and blend until smooth and creamy. Add ice cream,preserves and frozen berries. Cover and blend until it is well incorporated.
Serve in small glasses. Cover and refrigerate leftovers.
