Makes 5 servings
Ingredients:
1 ½ bananas large ripe, peeled sliced or cubed
½ cup of shredded coconut
½ cup of crushed pineapple
2 cups milk cold whole or skim
1 egg
1 ½ cups yogurt lemon-flavored or fruit yogurt of your choice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses.
