  2. Awesome ideas! I have only used it for tacos, a one pot chili mac-n-cheese, and taco salad so far, but tonight I will venture into the Beef Stroganoff arena. Thank you for the great variety of ideas. I get the carne picada from my local Aldi's and love it. It is so quick and tasty (and reasonably priced). I just hadn't gotten into my mind that it is just a heftier ground beef! Now I can see it in chili, soup and sloppy joes. (I did use it once in spaghetti sauce and it was marvelous) Please keep the recipes and ideas coming!
