If you live in South Carolina, you know very well that most of us living in the south have to have watermelon every summer. The melon flavored rum makes this summer time daiquiris one you will want to serve to guests as a tradition. The hint of mint adds to the summer time fresh appeal as well. .
Ingredients:
1 cup Bacardi Grand Melon Rum
3 cups of cubed frozen watermelon
1 lime juiced
½ cup fine sugar or corn syrup
1 cup of crushed ice
1-2 tablespoons of fresh mint.
Directions:
1. Make sure to cube and freeze your watermelon in advance of this recipe.
2. In a blender, combine all of your ingredients until smooth. You can also use a food processor.
3. Pour into chilled glasses and serve. Garnish with mint.
