The apricotImage via Wikipedia

Frosty, refreshing and oh so easy to make, try this cool down beverage for a nice way to round off a barbecue meal or summer picnic.

Makes 8 servings

Ingredients:
1 12-ounce can apricot nectar chilled
1 6-ounce can frozen pineapple juice concentrate thawed
1 6-ounce can frozen apple juice concentrate thawed
4 cups 7 up Soda
Fresh mint sprigs

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients except mint sprigs. Serve chilled with sprigs of mint for decoration.

Note: 1 6-ounce can frozen grapefruit juice can be used in place of pineapple for a more tangy drink.
