Scarlet O'Hara cocktail

Perhaps not as well known to your bartender as a “Mint Julep” in the south, the Scarlet O'Hara will be a favorite cocktail once you learn to make one of your own. The traditional recipe calls for a lime wedge for a garnish, however, a peach wedge is more appropriate for this southern treat.

  • 2 oz Southern Comfort
  • dash of lime juice
  • cranberry juice
  • Peach wedge for garnish

  1. Pour the Southern Comfort and lime juice into a Collins glass filled with ice.
  2. Fill with cranberry juice.
  3. Garnish with a lime wedge.
