How to cook Carne Picada

Carne Picada

I have noticed on my blog quite a few searches relating to how to cook Carne Picada. Carne Picada is just a fancy word for thin strips of beef.
You can stir fry Carne Picada, brown it and use it in beef vegetable soup, brown it and sautee it with bell peppers, mushrooms and onions, or as the meat component in pepper steak. It can be added to any almost any dish calling for ground beef including but not limited to Chili.
It's great with gravy served over rice or mashed potatoes, and it is great for Beef taco salad.
Don't be afraid to use this handy item in any cooking. It's great in many different recipes and I will try and post some additional recipes using this versatile meat.
Suggested condiments would be Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Teriyaki Sauce.
