The ultimate summertime favorite drink has got to be the Pina Colada. This recipe offers one tip that will pack in even more flavor and have you voted in as permanent bar tender at every occasion this summer.
1/2 cup rum
1/2 cup coconut cream
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup pineapple chunks, you can use slices too
Sliced pineapple (garnish)
toasted coconut flakes (garnish)Maraschino cherry (garnish)
Instructions:Fill blender halfway with ice cubes. Add rum, coconut cream, coconut milk and pineapple chunks. Puree, or pulse until you get the desired consistency.
Serve, garnished with a slice of pineapple and maraschino cherry, if desired.
