Ultimate frozen fruit party punch

This punch has a wow factor for presentation alone. Laden with fruits and a lovely blend of wine and Brandy this punch will have all of your guests in a wonderful mood with a myriad of flavors on their tongue. Try serving this lovely punch in a large decorative bowl, plenty of candle light and colorful accents for a party or gathering they will be talking about for years to come. Don't be surprised to see it get requested over and over again.

Makes 25 servings


1 16-ounce package frozen strawberries thawed
1 10-ounce package frozen mixed fruit thawed
4 cups water
2 cups wine
1 6-ounce can frozen pineapple juice concentrate partially thawed
2 12-ounce cans frozen lemonade concentrate partially thawed
1 6-ounce can frozen fruit punch concentrate partially thawed
1/2 cup brandy
5 ½ cups chilled ginger ale 

Drain fruits and set aside syrup for later. Evenly place fruits over the bottom of a 4 1/2 -cup ring mold. Freeze. Fill mold with water. Freeze again.
In a large punch bowl, mix water, wine, fruit punch, lemonade and pineapple juice concentrates, brandy and reserved fruit syrup/juices.
To serve, add ginger ale. Stir gently. Dip ice ring in warm water and get free from the mold. Float fruit-side up in punch bowl. Serve in punch cups.
