Sweet potato dessert cake
It is no secret here in South Carolina we love our decadent desserts, especially when using our own home grown staples. This recipe calls for sweet potatoes, whether freshly mashed, or canned, it will rock your world, southern style! This dessert is absolutely delicious, great to serve for Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is not for the faint of heart and is not low carb or low calorie, or low anything. That being said, it is one of the most scrumptious desserts you will ever taste!
