Creamy veggie Pasta Salad


Warm and creamy pasta and vegetables is a simple side dish that packs flavor and comfort into any meal you serve. You can have this warm and cheesy or put in the refrigerator and serve cold later. Either way you'll love this simple side dish.

Ingredients
Pasta (any shape you prefer, I used Rotini here)
Mixed frozen vegetables
1 large can of cream of chicken soup
1 cup of shredded cheese
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons of margarine
2 tablespoons dried parley
Season to taste preference

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Cook mixed frozen vegetables in a separate pot,drain and set aside.

Cook pasta according to the directions on the box for the amount you need. Drain.

Return pasta to the pot and add in margarine and the rest of the ingredients stirring regularly to well incorporate.

Add in cooked vegetables and stir well. 

Pour everything into a buttered baking dish and bake for around 20 minutes in a 400 degree oven.  Serve piping hot or skip baking and chill in the refrigerator for a cold  pasta salad. Enjoy
