Creamed chicken with biscuits

Coming up with dishes that are tasty, economical and easy is a challenge for a family. This recipe is a great dish not only to serve to your family but also to take to potluck dinners etc. This is a complete meal once done so you only use two pans in the completion of this dish. Ingredients:

1 package of chicken thighs
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 bag of frozen mixed veggies
1 can of Pillsbury grands biscuits
1 cup of diced mushrooms
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
seasoning

Preheat oven according to instructions on biscuits

In a large frying pan, brown chicken thighs on both sides. Add about two cups of water and simmer until chicken thighs are fully cooked.
Add in cream of chicken soup, diced mushrooms, soy sauce and heat through. Once heated through and bubbly.
Add in mixed frozen veggies. Take off heat. Set aside
In 9X 13 pan pour in carefully chicken with veggies.
Open biscuit can and split each individual biscuit in two. Place evenly on top of chicken mixture. Spray biscuit tops with butter flavoring and bake until biscuits are golden.
This recipe is very versatile and can be made a variety of ways, try Cream of mushroom soup, and shredded cheese for another tasty way to serve this dish.
