Savory baked sweet potatoes

When we think "Sweet Potatoes" we generally think of Thanksgiving, Canned Yams, and Sweet Potato Casserole. However, this delicious savory version has only a hint of sweetness, but at the same time makes a great side dish to roasted pork.
Ingredients needed:

Two large peeled Sweet Potatoes( you may need more just make sure you have enough after they are diced to cover the surface area of standard cookie sheet) cut into 1 inch - 2 inch cubes
Olive Oil
Seasoned salt
3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

Preheat Oven to 400

Coat all of your potatoes in Olive oil, Soy Sauce and finally sprinkle with seasoning. Bake in hot 400 degree oven and after around 20 minutes take them out  turn them with a spatula and return to oven to finish baking. They are ready when you can pierce them easily with a fork.
