Grasshopper pie

Makes 6 servings


    30 marshmallows large                                         
    3/4 cup milk                                                  
    1/4 cup creme de menthe extract                               
    2 tablespoons cream de cacao                                  
    Few drops green food color (optional)                         
    2 cups whipped topping prepared *                             
    1 9-inch Chocolate Wafer Crust                                

In a 3-quart saucepan over low heat,m elt marshmallows in milk. Remove from heat and cool.

Stir in creme de menthe, creme de cocoa, and food color. Stir in one-third of the whipped topping. Fold in remaining whipped topping. Pour into crust. Chill several hours or freeze.


*Prepare 1 envelope whipped topping mix using milk and vanilla extract as directed on package.
