Whether you're single and trying to rope in that man, or you want to make sure the one you have appreciates you, this recipe will do the trick. Simple and easy and oh so good smelling, you'll have anyone eating out of the palm of your hand with this meal.

 Things You'll Need:

    * Large Crock Pot, set on high
    * 3 lb. Pot Roast
    * 3 tbsp. Olive oil
    * Slow Cooker 7 qt.
    * Dutch oven or larger pot
    * One large onion
    * 1 packet of onion mushroom soup mix
    * Portabello Mushrooms
    * Red Potatoes
    * 5 large carrots
    * Worcestershire sauce
    * Soy sauce
    * 1 large can of cream of mushroom soup condensed
    * 1 green or red bell pepper
    * Your favorite seasonings

      Step 1

      In a large dutch oven pot, or any pot you have that will fully and easily accommodate your pot roast, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil on medium to high heat. On your pot roast rub various spices like black ground pepper,salt, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder etc. Do this on both sides and place into hot pan and sear both sides of pot roast very well. You want to see some carmelization/ browning of the sides. This seals in the juices for your pot roast.

      Step 2

      In your slow cooker, on the bottom sprinkle onion mushroom soup mix and chop up enough red potatoes in quarters, to cover the bottom of your crock pot. Add now your rough chopped carrots, onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers. Place your pot roast on top and add Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and about 1 1/2 cups of cold water. Cover and cook this for approximately 4 hours or more on high.

      Step 3

      One hour or so, before the pot roast is ready, add your one large can of condensed Cream of Mushroom soup to the crock pot and continue cooking on your high setting until condensed soup is converted to a gravy. What you should end up with is a delicious pot roast meal. If potatoes and carrots will not allow for the pot roast to fit well in your crock pot, simply cook them in another pot, and cook pot roast by itself. Following all remaining instructions. If this doesn't get you a proposal, well then.kick him to the curb, and eat it all yourself. If you are going to be single, be fat and happy
